📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the 24/7 availability of our data center infrastructure using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, and SolarWinds.
• Conduct regular system checks and perform root cause analysis on any detected issues.
• Develop and implement incident response procedures to ensure quick resolution of any issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
• Document all monitoring activities, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center operations.
• Provide on-call support and respond to any critical incidents that may arise.
• Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, monitoring, and incident response.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Proficient in using monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, and SolarWinds.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
