As a Dealer Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, managing and motivating our dealer network to achieve targets. You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maximized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate dealer networks to ensure sales targets are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback and training to improve sales skills.
• Organize and attend dealer meetings, workshops, and events to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Track and report on sales performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and dealers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
