• Oversee daily operations of the Yogyakarta branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their best performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the head office to implement new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
