You'll manage a variety of requests, from arranging private yacht charters to organizing exclusive dining experiences, ensuring that every detail is perfect. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service and attention to detail, ensuring that every request is met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate various services and amenities, including private transportation, dining reservations, event planning, and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury hospitality industry, and recommend new services and experiences to enhance the resident experience.
• Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction and service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or concierge role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with high-profile clients.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality software, such as Cvent, ConciergeDesk, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Bali driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
