📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our IT systems.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT solutions that support business operations.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues.
• Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and trends to drive innovation in our IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as VMware, Microsoft System Center, or ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
