📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for houseware products.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product selection.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.
- Conduct regular supplier audits to maintain quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and category management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with retail industry and houseware products is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
