📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of auditors, ensuring they adhere to audit standards and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Identify and assess risks, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including SOX, GAAP, and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing and risk management.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of audit standards, including ISA (International Standards on Auditing) and COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission).
• Proficient in using audit software such as Workpapers, Audit Command Center, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
