📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.
- Collaborate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes using tools like SAP and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable and timely delivery of goods.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams and external clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and Excel for logistics data management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian logistics industry and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with transportation and delivery systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
