📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
