Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor,Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns,Assist with table setup and cleanup, including setting and clearing tables, arranging chairs, and maintaining a clean and tidy dining area,Take and record guest orders accurately and efficiently,Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed,Assist with cash handling and payment processing,Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
