📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service offerings.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends.
