📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conducting regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, including accidents, fires, and medical emergencies.,Maintaining and updating security records and reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other security personnel and relevant departments to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.,Promoting a positive and professional image of the company to visitors and clients.,Assisting in the implementation of security measures and protocols, such as access control and surveillance systems.,Providing security awareness training and education to employees and visitors as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role in a security-related field.,Familiarity with security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid security guard certification or license, preferably from a recognized security training provider.,Proficiency in using security equipment, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and communication devices.,Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure and stressful situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as patrolling and responding to emergencies.
