📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure all baked goods are fresh, properly portioned, and presented in an appealing manner.,Maintain a clean and organized bakery area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Stay updated with the latest baking techniques and trends to continuously improve product quality.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Creative and innovative approach to baking.,Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
