📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
