📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations,Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain processes,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes,Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics,Lead and mentor the logistics team,Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination,Proven track record of managing logistics operations,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards,Leadership and team management skills
