📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily cashiering operations, including billing, collection, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including insurance claims processing.
  • Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses and theft.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and financial policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashiering or related financial roles in healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and financial policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Certification in cash handling and security (preferred).
