Zone Pro Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial reports to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team.,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and provide guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and salaries.,Prepare and present financial statements for audits and external stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
