📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction during banquet events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.,Maintain accurate records of banquet operations and guest feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet operations and teams.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
