📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with clients and prospects, and to learn about industry trends and best practices.,Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts, as well as experience with CRM software.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel is a plus.
