Urban Smart Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Store Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Work closely with the regional manager to implement company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.,Promote the store's products and services to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
