📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Monitor and maintain IT security,Perform regular backups and data recovery,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and documentation for IT systems,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems,Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
