📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for houseware products.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to inform product selection.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
• Collaborate with retail teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to maintain quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and category management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail industry and houseware products is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
