📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to telecommunications services.
• Use Concentrix's proprietary CRM system and Microsoft Teams to manage and track customer interactions.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficient in using Concentrix's proprietary CRM system and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Valid SIM card and internet connection for remote work.
