📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the company's financial systems, including accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures to optimize financial processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and audit requirements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the accounting team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control or a similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial control software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in financial control or a related field is a plus.
