In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plan.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring that everything is in place for the event.,Monitor food and beverage service during events, ensuring that everything is served on time and to the client's satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients after the event.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
