📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary updates in accounting processes.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and providing mentorship to junior staff.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
