📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of team activities,Support the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and implementing team projects,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Ensure that team members are aware of company policies and procedures,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and leadership skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with company policies and procedures,Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours when necessary
