📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Lead the tax department, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance and profitability.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting and tax developments, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in accounting and tax, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
